Reason Chosen: I'd seen this available on NetGalley and thought it looked interesting, but maybe a little too kiddish. Then, however, I read the beginning lines of the it's description on from Goodreads "Now for those of you who know anything about blind children, you are aware that they make the very best thieves..." (now tell me you're not hooked, I dare you) and than I stumbled across the authors page and he seemed quite an interesting fellow...his about page sealed the deal.

I have this title from Netgalley--I'm looking forward to it because I don't read much middle grade fiction.
